Just go for BE if you can handle it
Hey Sanjeep don't get stressed over it. It happens to many of the students. I know many students who had less marks in maths and physics because they did not study properly in school and 12th grade but they performed the best and obtained better grades in mechanical engineering degree after they started paying attention to their studies. But if you don’t like physics and maths then you should definitely not join mechanical engineering degree. Because it requires learning a lot of maths and physics.
